LU DAN
Two Times Won 1st Place Gold Medals for the Women’s Long Fist in the World Wushu Competitions. 1995 in Baltimore, MD, U.S. and 1997 in Italy. Lu Dan has won many, many gold and silver medals in Chinese National Competitions.
FENG QIUYING
1982-1985 Chinese National Wushu Competition – Four Times – Champion in Women’s Soft Weapon Category.
1985 Champion in Chinese National Competition for Women’s Spear Technique and Champions of Pairs’ Sparring Event.
1987 Champion in Women’s Spear Technique at the Inaugural Asian Wushu Championship held in Japan
SHI RUIFEN
Before the inauguration of the World Wushu Championships in 1991, the highest-level and most fierce competition and international wushu event was the First International Wushu Invitational Tournament, organized by the Chinese Wushu Association in Hangzhou in October 1988. More than 500 athletes from 33 countries took part in the competition. At this prestigious event, Shi Ruifen won the gold medal in Women’s Cudgel (Gunshu) and the silver medal in Women’s Southern Fist (Nanquan).
She is also a cover star who has been featured by numerous media outlets. Shi Ruifen was also invited on numerous occasions to appear in film and television productions. She attracted the attention of Hong Kong’s D&B Films, which repeatedly invited her to sign a contract with the intention of developing her as the successor to Michelle Yeoh. Regrettably, due to repeated interference and obstruction from relevant personnel at the time, the collaboration never came to fruition. As her early coach, I have always regarded this as a great regret.

2024 Won the 1st Place Gold Medal at the 4th World Taijiquan Championships in Singapore; Golden State International Wushu Championships/U.S. Tai Chi Team Trials in San Jose, CA: 1st Place Taijiquan 42 Form Compulsory; Selected to the U. S. Tai Chi Championship Team.

RUAN DAN PING
Six Times won 1st Place Gold Medals in Sun Style Tai Chi at Chinese National Tai Chi, Tai Chi Sword, Push Hands Competition. (1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993)

2006 Zhejiang International Wushu Tournament: Won 4th place All-Round for his performance in Three-Section Staff, Ditangquan, Changquan and Group Form.
2012 University of Virginia Annual Wushu Collegiates. Placed 2nd in Advanced Male Open-Hand for his performance in Ditangquan

XU MEILING
In 1981, Xu Meiling(徐美玲) claimed the Women’s All-Around title at the National Youth Wushu Championships. Her remarkable performance and championship victory earned her immediate recognition from a film director, who invited her to play the role of Jiang Hai(江孩） in the acclaimed martial arts film Heroes Come from Youth (Zi Gu Ying Xiong Chu Shao Nian). Following her retirement from competitive wushu, she began teaching at Zhejiang University of Media and Communications and now serves as an Associate Professor.
Under the coaching and tutelage of Aiping Cheng d/b/a/ AIPING TAI CHI℠ many students, individually and as a team, have experienced the feeling of achievement.
Fang Zheng
2025 10th World Traditional Wushu Championships in Sichuan, China: Gold Medal in Chen Style Tai Chi Fan (in Tai Chi Weapons) and Silver Medal for Sun Style (in Tai Chi Group).
2025 17th Golden State International Wushu Championships in San Jose: 4 Gold Medals and All-Round Grand Champion, in her category.
2018 to 2026: Training and Coaching by Aiping Tai Chi℠ with Aiping Cheng.
